Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager in Phoenix to drive revenue growth and market development across the region. You will lead Account Managers, build essential relationships with physicians and health systems, and ensure operational excellence and patient-focused service.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve regional targets and represent Stryker at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• 6+ years of experience in medical device sales required.
• 3+ years in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Experience in peripheral vascular space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and relationships.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, and feedback; address performance gaps.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings.
• Build collaboration with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and Account Managers.
