Job summary

Stryker seeks an Arterial Regional Manager to drive regional revenue growth, expand market share, and lead Account Managers. You will build relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders while promoting Stryker products and services.

You will own regional revenue forecasts, develop strategic business plans, and coach field teams to achieve targets. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required.
• Minimum 6+ years in medical device sales required.
• Minimum 3 years in medical device sales leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share.
• Coach and develop Account Managers; recruit and retain talent.
• Ensure effective sales processes and CRM usage; monitor pipeline.
• Represent Stryker at trade shows and industry meetings; collaborate with AVP and RSM.
