Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager in California to drive regional revenue growth, lead Account Managers, and build strong relationships with physicians and health systems. The role emphasizes strategic planning, talent development, and high standards of ethics and patient focus.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and extensive medical device sales leadership experience, with a preference for peripheral vascular expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity.
• Represent company at trade shows or educational meetings and complete all necessary reports.
• Create an environment of collaboration, inspiration, and accountability within the team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and ethical standards; promote patient focus and professionalism.
