Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager to lead regional revenue growth, develop field sales teams, and build relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders.

You will own regional forecasts, recruit and retain talent, and ensure compliant sales processes while collaborating with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales and Account Managers to advance regional priorities and uphold Stryker culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain key talent; coach through field observations and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain patient-focused professionalism.
