Job summary

Stryker seeks an experienced regional sales leader in Minneapolis to drive medical device revenue, forecasts, and strategic initiatives with regional leaders and field sales. You will develop and execute business plans to grow market share, channels, and customer relationships.

The role requires 6+ years in medical device sales, 3+ years in leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Clinical, and Finance to advance regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years in sales leadership preferred.
• Peripheral vascular experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain key talent.
• Coach through field observations and reviews; address performance gaps.
• Ensure effective sales processes and CRM use and reporting.
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings.
