Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager to drive revenue growth, market development, and operational excellence across the region. You will lead Account Managers, build relationships with key customers including physicians and health systems, and ensure robust sales processes and CRM utilization.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, monitor pipeline and performance metrics, and collaborate with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and other stakeholders to advance regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and customer relationships.
• Lead and develop Account Managers and coach through performance reviews.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings.
