Job summary

OSL Retail Services seeks a Regional Sales Manager to oversee Mediacom's Direct Sales operations across multiple markets in Iowa. Based in Des Moines, you will lead Area Sales Managers and their teams to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

The role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, the ability to translate data into action, and strong coaching skills to develop leaders across the region. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing multiple leaders.
• Experience in residential or telecom direct/field sales.
• Proven track record of achieving growth targets across dispersed markets.
• Ability to develop leaders and high-performing teams.
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.
• Lead and develop Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.
• Monitor regional performance against KPIs and targets.
• Create action plans to address gaps and seize growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent sales strategy execution across markets.
• Oversee forecasting, workforce planning, and territory management.
• Partner with Recruiting, Training, Operations, HR, and Finance.
• Deliver sales forecasts, reporting, and analyses.
• Support client presentations and strategic business planning.
