A strong track record in sales leadership and coalition-building is required, with travel as needed. This position offers opportunities to influence strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of supervisory experience leading sales teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Supervisors and Sales Representatives in daily assignments.
• Develop a successful sales team to meet objectives.
• Hire, coach, motivate, and evaluate sales staff to hit acquisition goals.
• Help develop sales goals and budgets.
• Conduct performance reviews and take action to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure sales goals are met daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Travel as required; some evenings/weekends.
