Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years previous supervisory or leadership experience motivating others to reach specific sales goals.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Monitor Supervisors and Sales Representatives in all areas of their daily assignments.
• Develop a successful sales team.
• Hire, develop, motivate, monitor, direct and evaluate Sales Representatives and Sales Supervisors to meet acquisition objectives.
• Assist in the development of Sales goals and budgets.
• Conduct sales performance reviews and take appropriate actions to ensure sales objectives are met.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly departmental and individual sales goals are met.
• Demonstrate and ensure compliance with all sales training programs.
• New customer acquisition to increase penetration of Mediacom services in residential neighborhoods.
• Optimize market coverage.
• Set timelines and schedules to meet objectives.
• Analyze sales and subscriber reports to evaluate local tactics, personnel and trends.
• Keep management informed of all sales initiatives. Prepare reports and meet periodically to review results.
• Travel as required.
