Job summary

Mediacom Communications seeks a Manager, Direct Sales to lead a regional sales team and drive all product sales in the assigned area. You will oversee Direct Sales Supervisors and Representatives to meet aggressive targets and ensure optimal market penetration.

The role requires an associate’s degree, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and excellent communication. You will travel as needed and work a schedule that may include evenings or weekends, with a focus on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Willingness to travel with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Supervisors and Sales Representatives in daily assignments.
• Develop a successful sales team.
• Hire, motivate, and evaluate Sales Representatives and Supervisors to meet objectives.
• Assist in development of sales goals and budgets.
• Conduct performance reviews to meet sales objectives.
• Ensure achievement of department and individual goals.
• Duties may require evenings and weekends; travel as required.
