Job summary

EBSCO Information Services, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to cultivate library and K-12 markets, build strong relationships, and generate new business while retaining existing accounts. The territory covers DC, DE, KY, PA, NJ, VA and WV, with significant travel and remote work options.

You will join the Public Library/K-12 Sales team, collaborating with sales leadership and product specialists to exceed quotas and deliver solutions that meet customers’ needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong organizational skills with calendar management and experience with Office software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing revenue and develop new opportunities to hit sales quotas.
• Meet 40 in-person visits monthly and provide balanced coverage of accounts.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Account Executive, and product specialists.
• Travel 50% or more; attend conferences and meetings as needed.
• Achieve expert knowledge of EBSCO products and competitive offerings.
• Deliver professional presentations with PowerPoint and live demos.
• Qualify potential customers, quote pricing, and coordinate trials.
• Maintain activities and pipeline daily for accurate forecasting.
