Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager for Interventional Spine (IVS) in Kalamazoo. You will lead a field sales team, drive regional performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver spine and pain-management solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of professional sales experience.
2+ years of outside sales experience.
Experience building regional business plans.
Experience analyzing sales performance and market trends.
Experience forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to support regional objectives and territory performance goals.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent to build a high-performing team.
Cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture with accountability and recognition.
