Job summary

CIEE, a nonprofit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization, seeks a Regional Manager for Summer Work and Travel to lead a field team focused on aggressive host placement growth and high-quality service to hosts, participants, and communities in a defined US region. Remote collaboration and on-site leadership in Wisconsin Dells are part of the role.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of sales success (B2B) and 3–5 years of people management, with strong communication and strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5–7 years of sales success, B2B preferred.
3–5 years of people management experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with remote field staff.

Responsibilities

Provide sales leadership by managing a team selling to new hosts and renewing relationships.
Set sales goals and coaching to exceed seasonal targets.
Create outreach strategies to engage hosts and renew relationships.
Develop host-centric community events to maximize sales.
Manage host accounts and pursue growth and retention opportunities.
Track and report sales and placement results; adjust tactics as needed.
Coordinate with compliance and participant services to ensure quality.
Ensure a gold-standard experience through proactive communication.
