Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Five years of sales experience; two years of experience managing or supervising others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with sales representatives and customers in the field, providing feedback to develop reps.
• Lead, plan, and monitor all sales activities to achieve profitability and growth.
• Recruit, train, assign territories, coach, and implement corrective action as needed.
