Job summary

Distribution International, a TopBuild Corp. subsidiary, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team across multiple locations in Benicia, CA, Portland, OR, and Tukwila, WA. You will drive regional growth, forecast demand, and coordinate with operations to optimize profitability.

You will manage territories, coach reps, recruit talent, and travel 2–3 nights weekly to build customer relationships and win opportunities while maintaining safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Five years sales experience; two years managing others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel overnight 2-3 nights per week.
• Occasional bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales reps in assigned region and align with company vision.
• Provide leadership, strategic planning, and monitor all sales activities for profitability.
• Recruit, train, assign territories, coach, and implement corrective action as needed.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and setting annual quotas.
• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure a cohesive sales approach.
• Grow sales penetration and relationships within the territory.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and manage territory distribution.
• Analyze market trends and report to management.
