Job summary

Distribution International, a TopBuild Corp. subsidiary, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives across the North Tonawanda area.

You will drive growth, forecast sales, and align activities with the company vision while coaching field staff. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, five years of sales experience with two years in leadership, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM, plus willingness to travel 2–3 nights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required.
• Five years of sales experience; two years in supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel as needed (overnight 2–3 nights/week).

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop the regional sales team to meet or exceed quotas.
• Forecast sales, establish objectives, and monitor performance to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and assign territories; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure a cohesive, high-performing sales organization.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and expand market penetration.
