JIE USA, INC. seeks an experienced District Sales Manager in the Mechanical Power Transmission arena to grow revenue through OEM account management and distributor development. You will drive regional strategies and oversee key OEM relationships while collaborating with engineering to provide tailored solutions.

Expect to travel 50-70% of the time across the assigned territory, manage channel partners, negotiate contracts, and deliver strong growth in target industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology or related field.
• 5-10+ years of industrial B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling through OEMs and industrial distribution.
• Knowledge of Industrial Gear Reducers, Gearmotors, and mechanical power transmission products.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional OEM sales strategies and key account plans.
• Identify and secure OEM opportunities in core markets.
• Manage OEM accounts from concept to production.
• Collaborate with engineering on application-specific solutions.
• Lead pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreement negotiations.
• Build relationships with distributors and manufacturer representatives.
• Develop market penetration strategies for key industries.
• Maintain regular contact with customer sites and forecast opportunities.
