Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. You will drive sales initiatives for high-power open frame and server power solutions, targeting data centers, telecommunications, and industrial automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in sales within the high-power power supply industry.
• Proven success in selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• In-depth understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
• Consistent achievement of sales targets in a complex, technical sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Location preference: Bay Area or Washington State; West Coast considered.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities in high-power power supplies for OEMs, VARs, and end users.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to win high-value clients and meet revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: Leverage network of OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to grow the customer base.
• Industry Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of high-power power supplies to tailor solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and competitors to inform product strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly update management on pipeline and market trends.
