Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecom, and industrial automation, with up to 50% travel.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of sales experience in the high-power power supply industry, a proven OEM/VAR network, and a track record of closing strategic deals while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in the high-power power supply industry (open frame and server power)
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users
• In-depth understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors
• Consistent achievement of sales targets in a complex, technical sales environment
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for conveying technical solutions
• Location preferably Bay Area or Washington State, with other West Coast locations considered
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for business engagements

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities in high-power power supplies with target companies.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: Create and implement strategies for high-value clients to meet revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: Leverage OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to expand the customer base.
• Industry Expertise: Apply knowledge of high-power supplies to advise clients with tailored solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to guide product strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular updates on pipeline, progress, and market trends
