Job summary

ADM Ag Services and Oilseeds in Indiana is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of origination professionals responsible for grain, wheat milling, and oilseed revenue across a large Central IN territory. You will guide strategy, develop producer relationships, and collaborate with ADM partners to drive profitable execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales management experience
• Demonstrate capacity to evaluate and manage risk; lead professional sales calls
• Dedication to be a positive & professional team leader
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop origination staff across functions
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication; interface with ADM levels
• Collaborate with commercial counterparts to create opportunity for ADM and producers
• Understanding of grain markets, contracts, and regional P&L implications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce for tracking interactions

Responsibilities

• Create and lead grain origination strategy and growth with a team of 10-15 originators
• Establish relationships with producers and uncover customer needs
• Learn regional origination footprint and competitive landscape
• Implement prospecting and pipeline plans for each territory
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
• Educate on grain contracts and margin structures
• Collaborate with ADM commercial teams to ensure profitable execution
• Lead region in alignment with asset-specific goals
