The role coordinates merchandising, logistics, and trading with the Central Indiana team while building staff capabilities and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

The candidate should have a BA/BS and 5–10 years in elevator management or grain trading, plus strong MS Office skills, leadership, and travel willingness.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5–10 years' experience in elevator management, grain trading or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced commodity trading environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience with IBM/VAX systems is a plus.
