Job summary

Global Payments Inc. invites a District Sales Manager to lead a high-energy outside sales team on the Genius platform in the Tempe, AZ area. You’ll drive revenue growth, coach talent and shape a winning sales culture across your territory.

You’ll own the pipeline, partner with your team to accelerate deals, and build credibility through action and results. Expect 75% field time, travel within the region, and a compensation package with base salary and strong OTE.

Qualifications

• Outside sales leadership experience of at least four years.
• Ability to coach, develop and inspire others to meet targets.
• Confidence leading from the front with action and results.
• High energy, competitive drive with focus on outcomes.
• Ability to connect with people and build trust quickly.
• Residence within the territory with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent revenue growth by owning regional outside sales team performance.
• Lead from the front with hands-on coaching and real-time feedback.
• Build a strong, predictable pipeline by partnering with your team to uncover opportunities and accelerate deal momentum.
• Create a high-performing culture by attracting, developing and retaining top sales talent in your region.
• Influence market success by strengthening how the Genius platform with clients.
• Shape territory strategy using insights, improving execution and increasing win rates across your market.
• Strengthen operational excellence by using Atlas CRM to improve visibility, track performance and drive better decisions.
• Spend up to 75% of your time in the field, building connections, developing talent and driving results where it matters most.
