Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Genius team in Phoenix to drive performance, build talent and expand revenue in your region. You’ll lead a high-energy outside sales team, coach to achieve quota, and shape territory strategy to win in a competitive market.

You’ll own outcomes across your territory, spend up to 75% of time in the field, and partner with senior leaders to accelerate deal momentum while strengthening customer relationships and CRM visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of leadership experience in outside sales.
• Ability to coach and develop sales talent to hit targets.
• Willingness to spend up to 75% of time in the field.
• Residence within the territory to stay connected.
• Bonus: fintech payments, POS or SaaS sales experience.
