Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a District Sales Manager on the Genius team to drive revenue growth, lead a high-energy outside sales group, and shape territory strategy across the region.

You will coach and develop talent, build a predictable pipeline, and partner with clients to position the Genius platform. Expect extensive field time (up to 75%), competitive compensation, and opportunities to advance in a global payments company.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading an outside sales team, with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve and exceed targets.
• Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results.
• High energy, competitive drive and a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance.
• Comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field with a valid driver's license.
• Residence within the territory to stay connected and lead effectively.

Responsibilities
