Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the Genius team and drive regional revenue growth. You will coach a high-energy outside sales force, build a strong pipeline, and shape territory strategy to accelerate deals.

You'll spend up to 75% in the field, develop talent, and collaborate with senior leaders to execute in a competitive market. This role offers a chance to influence sales culture and outcomes across your region.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading an outside sales team with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve targets.
• Comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field.
• Residence within the territory to stay connected.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by owning the performance and results of your regional outside sales team.
• Lead from the front, using hands-on coaching and real-time feedback to elevate individual and team success.
• Build a strong, predictable pipeline by partnering with your team to uncover opportunities and accelerate deal momentum.

• Strengthen operational excellence by using Atlas CRM to improve visibility, track performance and drive better decisions.
