Global Payments is seeking a District Sales Manager on the Genius team in Arizona. You will lead a high-energy outside sales team, driving revenue growth and shaping a high-performing culture across your territory.

You’ll coach, develop and retain top sales talent, build a predictable pipeline, and collaborate with partners to accelerate deal momentum. Expect 75% field time and a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading an outside sales team with at least four years of leadership experience.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve and exceed targets.
• Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results.
