You’ll spend up to 75% of your time in the field, collaborate with senior leaders, and shape territory strategy to win in a competitive market. The role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities to advance within a global payments leader.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading an outside sales team with 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong coaching and development skills to exceed targets.
• Ability to lead from the front and build credibility through action.
• Willingness to spend up to 75% of time in the field with a valid driver's license.
• Residence within the territory to stay connected and lead effectively.
