Halter seeks a Regional Sales Lead to guide Territory Managers across the U.S. This hands-on role emphasizes coaching in the field, field visits, and removing barriers to success.

You will shape regional performance, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and translate national strategy into local plans while driving growth. Occasional travel and leadership across a fast-growing team are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & develop Territory Managers through in-field work and training.
• Drive regional revenue with new sales and account expansion.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and weekly pipeline reviews.
• Surface customer feedback to product/engineering/marketing teams.
• Localize national strategy into regional execution plans.
• Recruit and scale Territory Manager teams as Halter grows US.
