Halter is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to guide a team of Territory Managers across the U.S. You’ll spend substantial time in the field coaching reps, driving pipeline, and maintaining Salesforce hygiene.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach & develop Territory Managers through in-field work and training to ensure strong execution.
Own regional revenue performance by driving activity and supporting new sales and account expansion.
Maintain Salesforce hygiene & forecasting, review pipelines, and assist with deal structure and escalations.
Serve as regional voice for customer insights and product feedback to cross-functional teams.
Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and align with US leadership.
