Global Payments Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Genius team to lead a regional outside sales group and drive revenue growth across the territory.

You will coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team, while building a strong pipeline and ensuring execution that accelerates deals and expands market share. The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on measurable outcomes, and the ability to spend up to 75% of time in the field with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading an outside sales team with at least four years of leadership experience
• Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve and exceed targets
• Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results
• High energy, competitive drive and a focus on measurable outcomes
• Ability to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance
• Residence within the territory and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent revenue growth by owning the performance and results of your regional outside sales team
