Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a District Manager to lead a regional sales team of top performers. You will coach via weekly 1:1s, play a key role in strategic deals, and spend at least three days a week in the field guiding your team through the sales process.

You will use Atlas CRM for lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing while collaborating with leadership on recruiting and objectives to drive regional revenue growth.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment.
Live in area relative to job posting location and able to be in the field 75% of the time.
High school diploma/GED; at least two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional sales team to achieve goals and align with company objectives.
Provide real-time coaching during field visits and lead weekly pipeline reviews.
Develop strategies to close strategic deals and contribute to regional revenue growth.
Collaborate with leadership on recruiting top talent for a dynamic team.
Monitor team activity and performance metrics; lead weekly team meetings.
