Global Payments is seeking a District Sales Manager on the Genius team to lead a high-energy outside sales group across the territory. You will coach, develop and empower your people to win in a competitive market while shaping a high-performing sales culture.

You will own revenue growth, elevate team performance and expand Global Payments' reach through leadership, innovation and execution. Expect substantial field work and strategic deal acceleration.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading an outside sales team with 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve targets.
• Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results.
• High energy and a clear focus on measurable outcomes.
• Residence within the territory and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by owning the performance of your regional outside sales team.
• Coach and develop team members with real-time feedback to raise performance.
• Build a predictable pipeline by partnering with the team to uncover opportunities.
• Attract, develop and retain top sales talent within your region.
• Influence market success by positioning the Genius platform with clients.
• Shape territory strategy using insights to improve execution and win rates.
• Utilize Atlas CRM to track performance and drive better decisions.
• Spend up to 75% of time in the field building connections and driving results.
