Cogent Communications in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a direct sales team of 7-10 account managers and drive strategic growth.

You will develop and execute a sales plan to meet quotas, manage pipelines, and coach the team across DIA, Ethernet, IP Transit within SMB to Enterprise segments.

The role requires travel, in-office presence five days a week, and a track record of selling Cogent’s product set with strong leadership.

Formación

• Proven track record of success selling Cogent’s product set.
• Experience finding new business and growing accounts.
• Strong team leadership, coaching, and management experience.
• College degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a direct sales team of 7–10 regional, national and global account managers.
• Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to meet and exceed quotas.
• Drive revenue growth and manage the pipeline for reps.
• Travel as required to support regional opportunities.
