DEHN Americas is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Current Technology to drive profitable sales growth across an assigned North Carolina region. You will collaborate with manufacturing representatives, expand distributor and contractor relationships, and improve product specification with engineering firms.

The role requires a consultative, technically credible leader who translates market opportunities into partner goals.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
Five+ years of technical, channel, project, or territory sales experience in electrical products or related industries.

Mansioni

Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with revenue, margin, market share, and growth.
Set annual, quarterly, and monthly goals with partners including revenue, pipeline, and specifications.
Establish cadence with representative agencies to review pipeline and commitments.
Coach partners through joint account planning, field visits, and product training.
Deliver credible presentations and demonstrations to engineers, consultants, owners, and contractors.
Build relationships with specifying engineers and influence project specifications.
Identify and advance project opportunities from early specification to post-sale support.
Maintain pipeline and forecast in CRM; communicate risks and needed support.
Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and operations to resolve needs.
