Job summary

PHIHONG USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the US Southeast. You will expand OEM and distribution business for power supply solutions through Manufacturer Representatives and regional distributors, engaging factory teams as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years outside sales in power supplies, strong relationship-building, and program management experience. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is expected; a technical background in electrical engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales experience in power supply.
• Experience managing Manufacturer Representatives.
• Experience in program management and product development process.
• Ability to self-start and work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven track record to meet sales goals and handle objections.
• Willing to travel up to 50% domestically/internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual sales business plan to meet the sales target.
• Prospect, qualify, and close OEM accounts to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Manage customer development to ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Visit accounts, resolve customer problems, and make presentations as necessary.
• Provide account management and customer service leading to the completion of technical developments and the generation of ongoing production.
• Interface and lead factory team to success.
• Provide periodic reports to the factory including forecast information, account status, and sales opportunities.
