Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a talented team across multiple California territories and drive sales of Watchman LAAC, EP, and Access Solutions. You will shape regional strategy, coach field teams, and build strong physician and hospital system relationships to accelerate adoption.

You will influence pricing, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration while navigating a fast-paced healthcare market and ensuring compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals across Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions portfolios.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field team, including sales representatives and clinical specialists.
• Monitor sales performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
• Provide ongoing education and tools to ensure team proficiency in product knowledge, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales ops, and finance to align regional activities with national strategy.
• Represent Boston Scientific at customer meetings, industry events, and educational forums to strengthen relationships and market presence.
