Boston Scientific is seeking a Regional Manager for Northern California in the Rhythm Solutions division. You will lead a high-performing field team across Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions, driving regional sales strategy and partner engagement with physicians and hospital systems.

You will recruit and coach talent, manage performance, and navigate contract negotiations while ensuring compliance and alignment with national strategy.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, EP, or CRM device sales is preferred.
• 5+ years of sales management experience with a track record of success and developing teams.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability across Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field team.
• Monitor sales performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement corrective actions.

• Support key account growth with economic buyers and clinical stakeholders.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and value-based selling.

• Ensure compliance with policies and CRM systems.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent in the region.
