You will develop regional strategies, coach representatives and clinical specialists, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing, operations and finance to align regional activities with national goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in interventional cardiology, EP or cardiac rhythm management device sales.
• Minimum 5 years sales management experience with track record of leadership.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals across Watchman, EP and Access Solutions portfolios.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing field team including sales reps and clinical specialists.

• Support key account growth by partnering with economic buyers and clinical stakeholders to drive adoption.
