Boston Scientific is seeking a regional sales manager in Rhythm Solutions to lead a high-performing team across multiple territories, driving sales of Watchman Left Atrial Appendage Closure devices, EP therapies, and Access Solutions.

You will coach field representatives and clinical specialists, shape regional strategy, and build strong relationships with physicians, hospital systems, and internal partners to influence patient outcomes and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, EP, or CRM device sales.
• 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies across Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions portfolios.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field team including sales reps and clinical specialists.
• Monitor sales performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Provide ongoing education and tools for product knowledge, positioning, and industry trends.
• Support key account growth by partnering with economic buyers and clinical stakeholders.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and value-based selling aligned to customer needs.
• Model effective selling techniques and coach in the field.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales ops, and finance to align regional activities with national strategy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and CRM systems.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent across the region.
• Represent Boston Scientific at customer meetings, industry events, and educational forums.
