Boston Scientific seeks a Territory Manager in West Palm Beach, FL, combining field-based selling with clinical support. You will drive sales for WATCHMAN LAAC and FARAPULSE therapies, building relationships with electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, and hospital staff.

You will identify opportunities, support procedures, and lead product education while collaborating with regional sales leadership to meet revenue goals and expand access within hospital systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of sales experience in medical devices or similar environments.
• Proven success in territory development and customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales performance by executing territory strategies and meeting revenue targets.
• Build relationships through frequent customer visits and engagement with physicians.
• Develop account strategies with regional sales management.
• Support implant procedures clinically to understand physician preferences.
• Lead product education, demos, and tailored hospital presentations.
• Develop pricing proposals aligned with customer needs and policy.
• Respond to feedback with value-based solutions.
