Swan Analytical USA is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive growth in the Raleigh, NC region. This role blends science with business, requiring technical demos and strong relationship-building with customers and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a chemistry/engineering/biology background, experience selling analytical instrumentation, and the ability to travel regionally. A base salary with commission and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology or related field (preferred).
• Sales experience in analytical instrumentation or technical fields is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel regionally and drive regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Collaborate with technical experts to deliver demos and solutions.
• Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners.
• Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success.
• Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
• Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
