Job summary

Lakeshore Learning in Oregon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K–12 market reach. You will cultivate relationships with school districts and educational programs, while exploring new segments such as middle and high schools.

The role offers a high base salary with uncapped commissions, plus a sales support team and marketing resources to drive success. Strong strategic mindset and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Candidates should reside in Oregon and travel within territory ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Maintain relationships with customers within the territory and drive sales.
• Work with RVP/RD to adapt and drive sales strategies.
• Attend local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore.
