Lakeshore Learning Materials in Oregon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our footprint in K–12 education. You will cultivate relationships with school districts and educational programs across designated states, while leveraging a top-notch marketing and sales support team.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, strong travel, and opportunities to grow with a stable, values-driven company that has served educators for over 65 years.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate customer needs at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Securing new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Partnering with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently calling on and maintaining relationships with customers within the territory.
• Collaborating with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Targeting key customers and assessing customer needs.
• Communicating effectively with internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication and sales.
• Participating in local, state, and national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand.
