Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Pumps for the Midwest. The role focuses on Environmental market segments and growing SEEPEX-related sales across a broad Western region with remote work within the Midwest and travel up to 70%.

You will develop strategic plans, manage SCPs and OEM opportunities, and leverage market intelligence to position Seepex equipment. A high-energy, customer-focused professional with strong negotiation and public speaking skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience selling industrial pumps or related equipment.
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills.
• Willing to travel up to 70% and work remotely within the Midwest region.

Responsibilities

• Manage Environmental Sales Channel Partners and review market coverage to increase revenue.
• Drive sales opportunities through the full sales cycle and support partners in closing opportunities.
• Educate and build relationships with SCPs and Environmental Engineers on Seepex products.
