Halter is seeking a Regional Sales Lead for Arkansas to lead a team of Territory Managers across the U.S. This hands-on role involves coaching in the field, joining customer conversations, and removing barriers to success.

You will drive regional revenue, ensure rigorous pipeline management, and uphold Salesforce standards, with travel across the region. You should bring energy, high standards, and a culture-first mindset, thriving in fast growth and balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing field sales reps in growth environments.
• Comfort spending majority of time on the road with customer visits.
• Proficiency in modern sales practices and coaching reps to master them.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & develop Territory Managers with in-field work and training.
• Own regional revenue through activity, new sales and account expansion.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
