Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Mid Market Regional Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for new Strata 2 customers in a defined Southeast US territory. You will build a local presence, educate prospects, and close deals with a hands-on, face-to-face approach.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B field sales, a hunter mindset, and willingness to travel. You’ll collaborate with a lead-gen team and use Salesforce to track progress and nurture accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Results oriented, hunter sales mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• CPG industry knowledge preferable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for acquiring new Strata 2 customers in an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to identify high-potential local prospects.
• Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct on-site discovery meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate and close new mid-market accounts; hand off to Mid-Market Account Manager.
• Enter customer information into Salesforce and support cross-selling opportunities.
