Job summary

Essentra Components Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - New Business Development to identify and close new business opportunities within the Central territory, focusing on OEMs and end customers.

This role is based in a home office with up to 75% travel across Midwest states and occasional visits to Schaumburg, IL for training or meetings. It is an individual contributor position with no supervision responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience of at least 3 years.
• Experience selling industrial components and new business development.
• Strong negotiation skills with contracts.
• Must be able to travel 50-75% within the region.
• Experience selling to OEMs and end customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Travel within the territory to meet customers and prospects.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; negotiate sales contracts.
• Maintain pipeline and customer visits in Essentra CRM.
• Support regional sales targets and reporting.
