Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a senior territory sales leader to cover the Eastern United States from a remote base, with frequent travel to key accounts. The role combines stewardship of established relationships with proactive new business development, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales with window/door or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong relationships with owners and senior decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 trips monthly and manage a remote territory.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted, lasting relationships with manufacturers and strategic accounts across the region.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for additional products and programs.
• Identify, pursue and close new manufacturing and extrusion opportunities through consultative selling.
• Understand customer priorities and collaborate with engineering, production and technical teams on practical solutions.
• Represent the business confidently in executive meetings, customer visits, industry events and trade shows.
• Maintain a clear view of opportunities, account activity, forecasts and customer requirements; travel throughout the territory as needed.
