Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking an experienced leader to coordinate and drive a large cross-functional team dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to assigned customers. You will align Inside Sales, Sourcing, Purchasing, Engineering and other functions to meet company plans and KPIs.

The role requires strong data analysis, budgeting, mentoring, and the ability to read orders and drawings, with SAP experience and a willingness to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in customer service or related roles.
• Strong proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; advanced Excel.
• SAP skills are advantageous.
• Ability to read customer POs, drawings and vendor materials.

Responsibilities
