Job summary

Würth USA is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across the district. The role focuses on coaching, developing, and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth and customer relationships.

Job Type: Full-Time. Compensation ranges from $80K to $120K with base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Travel up to 75% within the district, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field sales management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (within district).
• Passion for sales and motivation to succeed.
• Experience in motivating sales teams individually and collectively.
• High level of organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead team members to set and meet sales growth goals.
• Create and foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
• Create and maintain productive territories with effective routing plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee sales representatives' daily routines and give effective feedback.
• Regular on-the-job training for employees.
• Present, execute and implement effective strategies to upper management.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
